Aqualine 18/CM-101 Complete set with mineral stones - alkaline

This complete annual set is for customers who want to order mineral stones for the Aqualine 18/CM 101 once every 3 years in addition to the filters.

This set comes with a ceramic filter, a (transparent) multi-step filter, a pH ring and a set of mineral stones.

Included with this set is a pH ring. This ring increases the pH of the filtered water by 1 - 1.5 pH point to make the water slightly alkaline/basic. Furthermore, the ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) is lowered giving the water an anti oxidant effect.

Replace the filter after 2,000 liters if you filter more than 6 liters per day. If you filter less than 6 liters of water per day, the manufacturer recommends changing the filter after 1 year. In Germany, it is required by law to replace filters containing carbon every six months.

Part of the filter consists of activated carbon. This is a natural product. If the carbon is completely saturated with the pollutant then it no longer absorbs anything and will release the pollutant after a period of time. This moment cannot be determined exactly. Therefore the advice is to replace the filter at least after 1 year.

Worried about bacteria forming in the filtered water? No need to be! Because some of the mineral stones are impregnated with silver, bacterial activity in the water is prevented. The filtered water in your Aqualine 18 system thus remains good for weeks.
